A recent ruling in Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF could mark one of the biggest changes to federal suppressor regulation in decades. Some dealers have already announced changes to how they handle suppressor transfers — we're taking a different approach.

For now, nothing changes with our suppressor transfer process. We're sticking with our current procedures while we wait for clear guidance from the ATF, because our priority is making sure every transfer is handled correctly and legally, protecting our customers and our business alike.

As soon as clear guidance is issued and the path forward is established, we'll adjust accordingly. This is new territory — and we're watching it closely.
